Manuscript Submission and Publication Process

Full papers should describe novel research contributions with evaluation results and are limited to five (5) printed pages (10-point font) including figures, references and appendices (two additional pages are allowed with a per-page extra fee). Short papers, limited in length to four (4) pages, should be more visionary in nature and are meant to discuss new challenges and visions, showcase early research results, and explore novel research directions.

All submitted papers must be unpublished and not considered elsewhere for publication should be written in English and formatted according to IEEE Template. IEEE specification based Latex and MS-Word templates for paper submission are available in the following link:

Prospective authors are invited to submit an original Full or Short paper in IEEE PDF format via the Microsoft's Conference Management Toolkit online submission system using the following link:

Please note that, AISP’24 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g. removal from publication) if the paper is not presented at the conference venue ( No-Show).

All the accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE xplore for possible publication.
